Itinerary Jeep Tour to the 4 Wonders of Rio de Janeiro

If you're visiting Rio de Janeiro and want to make the most of your time, the Jeep Tour to the 4 Wonders is the perfect option. This full-day excursion takes you to four of the city’s most iconic sites: the Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, the Botanical Garden, and the Tijuca National Park. All of this in a fun and comfortable ride aboard an open jeep, accompanied by a local guide who will provide detailed information at each stop.

Tour Itinerary:

1. Pick-up from your accommodation in Rio

The day starts in the morning with pick-up from your accommodation. From that moment on, the adventure begins with panoramic views of the city and ocean as you travel in a convertible jeep. The ride itself is part of the experience: you'll see the contrast between nature, architecture, and urban life that defines Rio de Janeiro.

2. Christ the Redeemer – Corcovado

The first stop is one of Brazil’s most iconic landmarks: Christ the Redeemer, located atop Corcovado Mountain. Declared one of the New 7 Wonders of the Modern World, this 30-meter-tall statue offers an impressive view of the city and is a must-see in Rio.

3. Tijuca National Park

From Christ the Redeemer, the tour continues into the Tijuca National Park, the largest urban rainforest in the world. Here you’ll connect directly with nature, surrounded by tropical vegetation, birds, and small mammals. The guide will explain the ecological and historical importance of this natural reserve.

4. Lunch at a traditional Brazilian steakhouse

Midway through the tour, we stop for lunch at a typical Brazilian churrascaria. The menu features a wide variety of grilled meats, sides, and vegetarian options (please notify us in advance if a special menu is needed). It’s a great opportunity to rest and enjoy one of Brazil’s most authentic culinary experiences.

5. Rio de Janeiro Botanical Garden

After lunch, the tour continues to the Botanical Garden, founded in 1808. This site is home to over 7,000 plant species, shaded paths, and historical structures. Although entry is not included in the tour price, you may purchase it on-site if you wish to explore. It's a peaceful and photogenic walk, ideal for nature lovers.

6. Sugarloaf Mountain – Pão de Açúcar

The day concludes with a visit to Sugarloaf Mountain, another of Rio’s iconic symbols. You’ll take a cable car to the top, where you’ll enjoy unmatched panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Guanabara Bay, Copacabana, and more. A perfect ending to a day full of unforgettable moments.

7. Return to your accommodation

After the final stop, we head back to your hotel.

Explore the Tijuca Forest on an unforgettable jeep adventure in Rio de Janeiro.
