Meeting Point and Preparation:
Meet us at São Conrado Beach, next to the Skol Voo Livre kiosk. After registration with the Rio Hang Gliding Association, a vehicle will take us to Pedra Bonita ramp.
Pre-flight Instructions and Takeoff:
You’ll receive a short briefing on how hang gliding works, safety rules, and body posture. Takeoff is in tandem with the instructor guiding the flight.
Flight Experience:
The flight lasts between 7 and 15 minutes depending on weather. Glide over Tijuca Forest, São Conrado beach, and coastal landscapes. This is one of the top extreme sports in Rio de Janeiro.
Landing and Media Access:
